Terms & Conditions

New Sales terms and conditions: Items purchased new from June Company are provided with the (OEM) Original Equipment Manufacturer warranty and will be honored by June Company Industrial Services and the OEM. All sales are non cancelable, non returnable. In the event the product is not in stock, the product will be shipped as soon as possible direct from the factory when possible.

Sales Tax:  In the event your company is sales tax exempt: Please fax a sales tax exempt form to 619-474-4499 on the day of the sales order is placed, or sales tax will be calculated and added to final invoice.

Repair terms and conditions: 90 day warranty from the invoice date. June Company Industrial Services reserves the right to refuse any warranty due to negligence or misuse of product. Unauthorized in-field repair or tampering with repaired items will result in our warranty being voided immediately. June Company sticker must be intact.  This warranty will not apply to items that fail due to misapplication, including, but not limited to, improper operation, storage, handling or installation; negligence, abnormal temperature, moisture, dirt or corrosive conditions,  or due to an act of nature. June Company Industrial Services strongly recommends sending all parts and components for testing as a complete unit. June Company is not and cannot be responsible for incoming repairs missing parts and can only assume the customer's product is complete and therefore is serviced accordingly. June Company Industrial Services cannot offer warranty repair if June Company Industrial Services repairs a unit that is repaired and damaged due to customer system failure.

Remanufactured Sales terms and conditions: All obsolete item, unit, system, purchases by customers are final unless unit is defective. If in case unit is defective, the customer may send the unit to June Company Industrial Services for repair only if approved with an RMA. Research and Administrative / Handling fees:  June Company reserves the right to charge an administrative/ handling fee of $145.00 per for quotes declined by the customer.

Payment terms: Payment by customer is due 30 days from the invoice date. A finance charge of 3% per month will be charged on the unpaid balance of past due accounts.

Shipping terms and conditions: June Company Industrial Services is not responsible in any way for shipping damage or misplaced packages e and highly recommends shipping insurance. June Company Industrial Services ship BEST WAY according to sensitivity of electronic units. June Company Industrial Services will not be liable for loss or damage due to shipping of any nature. In the event shipping insurance information is not filled out, the default June Company insures for is double the repair quote amount, double the repair amount, or the actual sales amount on the invoice.

Terms of Abandonment:  The customer has 30 days to respond via written response to a repair quote or the product will be deemed abandoned by the customer and be considered June Company property and will be disposed of  properly by June Company Industrial Services.

Remainder of Terms: All sales and services are presumed to have taken place in California/Nevada and those above-described warranties provided by June Company Industrial Services, Inc. shall be construed under Nevada /California law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Venue for any dispute arising hereunder shall be in that State or Federal Court nearest to the main office of June Company Industrial Services, Inc. The parties hereby agree to personal jurisdiction over them in such Courts. June Company Industrial Services, Inc. shall be entitled to attorneys' fees and costs including pre and post judgment should it have to enforce its right under this transaction. Customer warrants that it is and shall remain in full compliance with any applicable United States, State and/or local regulations controlling the sale and delivery of goods for export and is and shall remain solely responsible therefore. The terms set forth herein constitute the entire agreement regarding this transaction, except for product and or service description and pricing, and subject only to our credit agreement (if any) with you, our invoice and our separate order confirmation (if any). In the event any part of these terms is deemed unenforceable by a court having jurisdiction there over, such unenforceable term(s) shall be modified to make them as enforceable as possible, and the rest of these terms shall not be affected. Any contrary terms offered by the customer are not a part of this transaction. Customer shall defend, indemnify and hold June Company Industrial Services, Inc. and its agents harmless from any breach by it of these terms or any misuse or abuse by it of any item sold and/or serviced hereby. The goods sold hereunder shall be at the risk of the customer upon delivery by June Company Industrial Services, Inc to the carrier F.O.B. shipping point. Title to the goods sold hereunder shall remain in Seller until payment in full by Buyer. June Company Industrial Services, Inc. shall not be responsible for delays caused by manufacturing plants, transportation, strikes, fires, floods, storms, war, insurrections, riot, any governmental regulation, order, act or instruction, or any other circumstances beyond its control, and customer hereby waivers any claims relating to same.
