Once your unit is received in for repair, a technician will look over your unit and provide you with an estimate and turn around time BEFORE any repair is made. If the repair quote is declined by the customer, a $145.00 administrative handling fee will be charged per item, (Plus rush handling fee $330.00( If rush handling is requested above). The standard lead time for repair is 5-10 business days, depending on parts availability. Rush handling fees are non cancelable and non refundable.
